CRM Development

A CRM your sales team fills in because it helps them, not because someone chases them. That usually means fewer fields, sharper automation and reporting that answers the questions leadership actually asks.

Adoption is the whole problem

Every failed CRM we have seen failed the same way: it asked salespeople for data that helped management and gave them nothing back. We design the other way round — the rep gets faster follow-up, less retyping and a clear next action, and management gets its reporting as a by-product of work that was going to happen anyway.

Build or configure

Often the right answer is configuring HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce properly rather than building anything. We will say so. Custom makes sense when your sales process genuinely does not fit the model those tools impose, or when per-seat licensing at your headcount buys a system outright.

What the engagement includes

  • Process mapping

Stages, ownership, handoffs and the real exceptions.

  • Pipeline and data model

Fields that earn their place, and no more.

  • Automation

    Assignment, reminders, sequences and escalation.

  • Integrations

Email, calendar, website forms, telephony, accounting.

  • Reporting

Forecasting and activity dashboards leadership will use.

  • Migration

Cleaned, de-duplicated data from whatever you are on now.

Technologies we use

  • Laravel
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • HubSpot API
  • Zoho API
  • Salesforce API
  • REST

Frequently asked questions

Should we build a CRM or buy one?

Buy, unless you have a specific reason not to. Off-the-shelf CRMs are mature and cheap at small headcount. Building becomes rational when licence costs scale past the build cost, when your process is unusual enough that configuration fights you, or when data residency rules out the hosted options.

Can you integrate our CRM with our website?

Yes — form submissions into the pipeline with source attribution, lead scoring, and closed-loop reporting so marketing can see which campaigns produced revenue rather than just enquiries.

What about our existing data?

Migration includes de-duplication, normalisation and a mapping document you approve before anything moves. We keep the old system readable until you are confident in the new one.

How long does a CRM project take?

Configuring and integrating an existing CRM is typically three to six weeks. A genuinely custom CRM is a multi-month project and should start with a paid discovery phase.
