About

A studio built around one person’s judgement.

Leeway Design Studio is the branding, web and marketing practice of Ramanjeet Kaur. Over a decade spent turning first ideas into identities that hold up in the real world — on a shelf, on a stand, on a phone.

Led by Ramanjeet Kaur, Founder & Creative Director

Ramanjeet has spent more than ten years inside the design industry, shaping branding and marketing strategy for B2B, B2C and D2C companies alike. Her work translates strategy into campaigns that sharpen a brand’s look and actually land with the people it is meant for.

That experience spans FMCG, automotive, healthcare, corporate, events, hospitality, publication, beauty, fashion and lifestyle, education, and decor and interiors — logo design and typography, packaging and POS, social campaigns, editorial layouts, catalogues, exhibition branding, and full website builds.

How we work

Small by choice. You talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying it. That limits how many projects run at once, and it is the reason briefs get answered properly rather than processed.

Every engagement follows roughly the same shape: understand the problem, agree what success looks like in writing, work in visible increments rather than a long silence followed by a reveal, and hand over something documented enough that someone else could pick it up.

Where we work

The studio is in New Delhi. Most client work is with companies in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Europe, alongside Indian clients. We keep a few hours of overlap with your working day and run projects in writing, so distance stays a logistical detail.

How a project runs

  1. Conversation. Free, and usually the most useful hour in the project. We work out what the real problem is, which is often not the one in the brief.
  2. Discovery. Paid, and scoped. Ends with a written definition of what success looks like, a plan and a fixed estimate. You can take that document to another studio — it is yours.
  3. Design. Shown in visible increments rather than a long silence followed by a reveal. You see work weekly and steer it.
  4. Build. Working pages and screens early, tested on real devices and real connections, not just a fast laptop.
  5. Handover. Source files, code, documentation and a walkthrough with whoever inherits it. No dependency on us.
  6. After. A maintenance window, or a maintenance plan if you want one. Sites and apps degrade without attention.

What we cover

Brand identity and packaging, UI and UX design, website and application development, mobile apps, e-commerce, CRM and ERP systems, AI automation, and the SEO and marketing work that follows a launch.

The full service list sets out each one — what it includes, how it runs, and when it is the wrong choice.

Frequently asked questions

Who is behind Leeway Design Studio?

Ramanjeet Kaur, Founder and Creative Director, based in New Delhi. She has more than ten years of experience in branding and marketing design across B2B, B2C and D2C companies.

How large is the studio?

Deliberately small. Ramanjeet leads every project directly, with a trusted network of specialists brought in for development, motion and production work. It means fewer projects at once and no handoff between the person you brief and the person who does the work.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes — most of our work is with companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Europe, alongside clients in India.

What kind of companies do you work best with?

Companies at a point of change: launching, repositioning, entering a new market or replacing something that has stopped fitting. We are less useful as an overflow production resource.
